    1. Acceptance of Terms

    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RemitRix website and AI-powered financial risk management platform (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

    2. Description of Services

    RemitRix provides AI-powered financial risk management solutions designed for insurance companies, actuarial teams, and financial institutions. Our Services include:

    • AI chatbots specialized in financial analysis, solvency reporting, portfolio analysis, and regulatory compliance
    • Risk management tools including Edge, Edge+, Horizon, and AI Coworker platforms
    • Solvency II, IFRS 17, and other regulatory compliance solutions
    • Market data analysis and scenario generation capabilities
    • Custom financial modeling and reporting tools

    3. User Accounts and Registration

    To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
    • Maintain and promptly update your account information
    • Maintain the security of your account credentials
    • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
    • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

    The Services and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, text, displays, images, video, audio, design, and the selection and arrangement thereof) are owned by RemitRix, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

    You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes only. This license does not include any right to:

    • Resell or make commercial use of the Services
    • Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Services
    • Download or extract data for purposes other than your authorized use
    • Use any proprietary RemitRix trademarks, logos, or brand elements

    6. User Data and Privacy

    Our collection and use of personal information in connection with your use of the Services is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as set forth in the Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to any data you upload to the Services ("User Data"). You grant us a license to use, process, and analyze User Data solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

    7. AI-Generated Content and Disclaimers

    Our Services utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to provide analysis and insights. You acknowledge and agree that:

    • AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional financial, legal, or actuarial advice
    • You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any AI-generated analysis before making business decisions
    • AI systems may occasionally produce errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results
    • RemitRix does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
    • You should consult with qualified professionals before making significant financial or business decisions based on our Services

    8. Fees and Payment

    Certain features of the Services may be subject to fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with notice to existing customers. Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.

    9. Warranties and Disclaimers

    THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, RemitRix disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REMITRIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

    Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

    11. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RemitRix and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

    12. Term and Termination

    These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

    13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RemitRix is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or other urgent matters.

    14. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
